Photos from week 14, April 21-30 are below.
The drywall hanger was done upstairs in just a couple days except for a couple spots where they ran out of drywall apparently because the truck didn’t get loaded with all the sheets it was supposed to have.
The firewall between the garage and house has been completed (portions above have the firewall on the other side of the roof.) The material is Roxul 2″ comfortbat backed up by additional Roxul insulation. We will probably choose to cover this somewhat fuzzy material with something else in the future.
The downstairs bathroom has the floor installed and is functional, though not fully painted.
Its not visible in the photo below, but the study room has ceiling and walls fully painted and needs only flooring and trim. The front hall and pantry also are fully painted.
The taping and mudding began Saturday morning with a full crew, and they are expecting to be finished everywhere by the end of the week including a prime coat.
